2017 Chrysler Pacifica

Today, Charles Wiles gives us a quick look at the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Pacifica is the new minivan for Chrysler, replacing the popular Town and Country minivan of years past. The advantages of the Pacific are many; it has more interior seating space, more cargo space, and more fuel economy making it a great improvement upon what was already a great minivan.

Under the hood, the Pacifica has a 3.6 liter Pentastar V6 engine. Matted up against that is its 9-speed automatic transmission. It's that transmission that gives us our terrific fuel economy of up to 28 miles per gallon highway, or up to 22 MPG city.

Inside the vehicle, you'll notice a beautiful leather interior. We're showing you a touring L-model with leather that boasts an 8.4-inch best-in-class touch-screen monitor with voice activation and hands-free Bluetooth. You also have a bunch of modern controls on the steering wheel including radio, hands-free Bluetooth, and cruise control. On the center console, you'll see there is no shift lever anymore. The new shift knob now gives you a smooth, electronic shift. This vehicle has triple-zone climate control, automatic temperature control, auto-dimming mirrors, and a backup camera.

To access the rear seating, we have power-sliding doors which slide open with the touch of one button. Like the Town and Country, this vehicle still has stow-n-go seating. With the flip of one lever, seats can stow to open up more cargo space. Even a child can use this lever. It's easy to open-up more space with that feature any time.

The last feature we're showing you is an easy-open back hatch door. The one-touch button to open the door smoothly and quickly which  makes it easy to access the trunk when carrying bulky groceries and kids. That wraps up today's quick look of the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. For more information, talk to a product specialist on our website using the instant chat feature or use the contact form on the page.
