2016 Nissan Rogue

In this video, Charles Wiles takes a close look at the 2016 Nissan Rogue and discovers why it's considered by many as one of the premier midsize SUVs.

Nissan is leading the way in using LED technology in automotive lighting. This is most evident in the 2016 Rogue which has LED tail lights, LED turn signals wrapped around the side view mirrors and headlights. Nissan's version of tinted windows called Privacy Glass is present in the SUV's rear windows.

A dynamic looking new grille design along with fog lamps and a chrome strip complete the aggressive look of the Rogue's front end. A built-in aerodynamic rear spoiler reduces turbulence and wind resistance and contributes to the impressive fuel economy which averages at 29 MPG under all road conditions. Under the hood of this Nissan midsize SUV vehicle is the 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine which is Nissan's preferred engine for almost all their vehicles, and Nissans CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission).  Nissan's Xtronix CVT system is perfect during winter driving as it provides good traction control system.

A heightened emphasis on ergonomics is apparent in the 2016 Nissan Rogue. The radio controls, Handsfree Bluetooth, Cruise Control are all right in the steering wheel and the radio is positioned at a comfortably reachable distance. One amazing feature of this Nissan SUV is the Around View Monitor which gives the driver a bird's eye view of the vehicle and assists in parking. Nissan Rogue SL, the more premium version of the Nissan Rogue, comes with more advanced driver assist features such as a Blind Spot Warning System, Lane Departure Technology and Moving Object Detection. The Dual Zone Climate Control and Automatic Temperature Control comes as standard features in Nissan Rogue SV, another premium model.  The Heads-Up LCD Display makes it easier to check on vehicle information such as tire pressure, outside temperature, important warnings and reminders.

For anyone who's looking for a midsize SUV with impressive fuel economy, size and comfort, should definitely check out the 2016 Nissan Rogue
