2016 Nissan Altima

Charles Wiles takes a closer look at the new and exciting 2016 Nissan Altima. The 2016 got a mid-level facelift. This means keeping the basic orientation of the car like the frame and interior but giving it redesigned front and rear fascias. The redesigned front fenders, headlights, front grille and hood give the vehicle a new and refreshing look. The new front end has a more aggressive look thanks to the addition of front air dams. At the rear end, the same wing swept tail light design was given a new look by inserting a clear panel down the center.

For the Nissan Altima 2016 edition, the available models are 2.5, S, SR and SL. The SR package has a slightly different interior. While all packages have the familiar Nissan interior features such as the steering wheel radio controls, steering wheel cruise control, handsfree bluetooth, monitors, back-up camera and dual zone climate controls, the SR Altima grade also has paddle shifters, leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear shifter, and the Nissan exclusive "sport interior" accents. The Altima SR package also sports a new 18-inch two-tone aluminum alloy wheel design.

A phenomenal fuel economy of 27 mpg city and 37 mpg highway is what you'll be getting with the newest edition of the Altima.

Huge fans of the Altima are sure to fall in love all over again with the 2016 model.
